Gratuity

Today in yoga....

What are you thankful for ? I'll bet you can count on all ten fingers and ten toes things you don't like and want or need, but what are you grateful for?
In our savasana we were to think of ten things.... Here is my list.

1. My health and my fabulous team of doctors & nurses who saved my life. Being healthy enough to come on this trip.
2. My dog- He is my little Rock.
3. My yoga mat- for making yoga here ten times better & my lulu clothes which I think I live in.
4. Laura and my new friends here at LEDS who are making this trip ten times better.
5. My mom for sending me on this trip.
6. My laptop- for keeping me sane and connected to the world outside of this fantasy.
7. My family- My dad for keeping me grounded, my mom for keeping me spirited, my grandma for her unconditional love, my sister for keeping me spiteful and on my toes, Claudette & Randy for keeping my rents sane & being so cool to me!
8. My coach boots and new Gladiator heels- which I LOVE.... in fact just shoes in general. Oh and lulu lemon- it's my fav store!
9. Mickey...(my car).... even though he likes to poop out on me... I feel soo cool in him and am lucky to have him.
10. My apartment- it keeps me sane. My cottage- because there is no better or more beautiful place in the world. It holds my past, present and future memories.

p.s. I have more... but these are the first ten things that popped into my head.

Think about today- what you are grateful for. Not what you want or need... but what you are happy to have. No matter how superficial, big or small. Just be thankful!
