More Day 1

So I am sitting at my hotel! My room is BEAUTIFUL! The A.C. works fabulously and no body speaks English. After I shut my laptop down at the airport I met Laura- a wicked Lawyer from North Carolina who is doing the whole month too! YEAH I have a friend! I'm so cool! lol

While on our charter plane it started pouring- I for sure thought I was going to die. Pictures later. So I meditated and prayed- I know right.... total loser, but this trip is already working wonders. There are So many kids here- they are like everywhere! But like I've yet to meet anyone else. I'm sure I will... time to turn into social butterfly mode!

So that's just another little update. I'm completely unpacked and trying to figure out what to do next. I think I'm gunna go explore. I can't believe this is going to be my home for the next month. I am so blessed to be doing this.

Oh yeah... and I am sweating like a mofo- it's really hot here!

More on Day 1...

I've had dinner! It was fabulous! haha I go away to a foreign country but of course manage to find unhealthy food! I mean thats what I do. So I had a Hawaiian pizza. lol All of it too! Every last bite. Tomorrow my health food kick starts. I want a salad SOO badly but everyone has me paranoid. I had an apple for lunch. It was SOO good I ate it on the beach and dipped my toes in the water.

I feel like I can completely be my self here. There are some snobby people but I'm not even bothering with them. They can Legarte for all I'm concerned lol. If they don't like me then thats their loss. Oh and the surf instructor is a total babe. If I don't come back a surfer it's because I've been pretending to drown the whole time to keep getting saved lol. Hahah I'm jk

I am lounging in a hammock. It is so peaceful. They are everywhere. There is a full moon party tomorrow. On the beach at midnight. I'm kinda excited. There are a TON of people from Philly. I have to make my way to Cobano tomorrow to get to the bank to exchange my mula for colognes.

Everyone is going to a movie on the beach tonight and I DESPERATELY want to go.... but I'm just soo tired. I've been up since 4 am so 4-8 =16 hours... and on top of that it is only 6:15 here right now. So if they go out at 7:30 and don't get home till late it will legit be a 20 hour day. I might nap in the hammock- So peaceful.

I'm worried I don't have enough bug spray but we'll see. I'm also excited for breaky because apparently the monkeys and birds will eat with us. Ahhhh So until tomorrow Ya me Voy!
